Report your work accident 
It is imperative that any work accident be reported as soon as possible, whether or not any medical assistance is required. Notify your superior or the person in charge immediately. Download, save and complete HS1 Incident / Accident Report (repeated actions can be grouped into one report).

Forward copies to the school/dept administrator, the EMSB Health & Safety Office, and the SPPMEM union.
